Nice, friendly mom and pop-and grandma-hotel. Very helpful andknowledgable. Located one street off of the main street, yet very quiet.Very close to bus stop, golf course, and anything else you need--andonly about 300 yards from the beaches. Nice air conditioned rooms, andexcellent wi-fi internet. Very helpful and friendly people that run the hotel, they gave me useful information and free maps. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great and well worth the extra 7 Euros.all reviews »
The hotel manager helped us with tons of information and maps. The nearby beach was nice and relaxing. We had a very a very plesant experience. Free Internet and free paking!. A delightful little friendly hotel. Just being able to connect to the Internet in my air condtioned room was heavenly. The owner speaks perfect English.Comfortable and quiet room. Toilet a bit smelly. it is pity that breakfast is not included in room price. price difference is small, but I prefer to get all in one BandB prices. Pushing Breakfast as soon as we arrived. Lack of warmth generally. facilities are too old, needs renovation urgently, it was too loud, you can here everything whats going on in the other rooms.

Information about the area
Tirrenia is a small town submerged in the pinewood forest of Pisa's beach riviera. Together with Calambrone and Marina di Pisa it forms an important tourist destination. A mediterranean and mild climate prevails even in the winter season and makes the ideal setting for outdoor activities. The beach is 5 km long and boasts numerous bathing establishments.

There is a public bus service that takes you to Livorno (20 minutes) and Pisa (25 minutes). The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away.
