Location. Could not fault the place. Staff and facilities very good. Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. A perfect location for a complete break where you do not even have to leave the confines of the complex. Highly recommended.Excellent staff. Great location and superb swimming pool. Very good public rooms. Food in restaurant authentic and amazing value. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.I travelled alone but a group of my friends were staying at the hotel.

I did think it was expensive. the wc near the swimming pool showers were smelly and should be cleaned often, waste bin needed in room as well as wc.Noise in the hotel room until ll.00 pm from the open restaurant/bar ie music, which could be annoying. Also extremely loud music from large speakers around the pool at times would not be everyone's choice when you want to relax. They charge you for the internal parking 12€ per day without notifying the customer. When we did the checkout then we discovered this....the lack of drying facilities for beach-wear, no balcony and the sudden change of temperature when taking a shower. difficult to find place for car parking,if you arrive at night.breakfast very humble, lunch/dinner buffet also too small choice for this kind of property. the layout of the hotel, swimming pool, to beach.I didn't like that as a paying guest we had to pay quite a high fee topark our car in the hotel car park. The hotel provided free parking onthe road outside the hotel (by paying a fifty euro deposit for a pass)but there was never any chance of getting a space at the weekend. I alsodidn't like the very limited section of beach we were allowed to use andthe fact we had to pay for a sunbed. oldfashioned and ugly building from the outside. no supermarket closeby. confusion with which chairs and parasols were dedicated to people staying at this hotel. breakfast ok:ish. Very few rooms have balconies. The rooms, the service, the internet connection is very very very poor. Last time I stayed there they blamed it on one thing and this time on another. It just plain sucks.Very Small room for the price. The desk was so small I had to move the TV to hang over the edge in order to fit a standard laptop on the desk. Internet connection in the room was extremely poor - unuseable. Power went out for the whole night (only in the hotel). Generator noise unbearable, fumes from Generator in room. - no apologies from hotel. Don't recommend anyone stay here.
