We arrived very late for checking in and also got lost but we were collected from the piazza and given our keys with efficiency and a smile! The pizzeria below had really lovely service also and great wine! Thank-you for making our stay enjoyable and hassle free. Our room had a view of the airport and the sea and the Restaurant connected (different management) was amazingly beautiful with great food.all reviews »
The genuine friendship of the staff. Damiana and the gentleman in the dining room were wonderful. So was Julia. The room was large, quiet, clean and an excellent value for the money.We stayed only one night prior to flying to USA. the rooms are big and clean, close to the beach, perfect place for rest, receptionist is very nice and helpfull. Hotel was almost impossible to find - the directions given by the hotel by email and the website were extremely poor. Clousure of the Hotel between 13.00-to 16.00. The room and hotel lacked character. Rooms were spacious and clean, but a bit shabby and worn. Beds really need replacement. Presence of mosquitoes and absence of lighter for cooker.Tired looking kitchen area and shower cubicle. Wouldn't consider for a long stay. Description should be flat not hotel. Restaurant is terrible - don't eat there!. There was nothing to light the cooker with, which was the only thing we needed (to warm water for a baby's bottle). Shabby and a bit dirty. far from station. The reception works only until 8 pm so no complaints were possible after this hour. In the evening the water stopped in the middle of showering and there was no one to explain what is going on. I had to wash my head full of shampoon with cold bottled watter that I luckily had in the room. In thw morning the water came back brown dirty!!!. No one available to checkin after 8pm. staff cannot speak any English. Transfer to airport 30 euro, although only 3miles away.
