  What makes this places unique is the owners Delia and Americo. They are incredibly hospitable and going out of the way to see that everybody at Terra Dei Santi feel comfortable and well. In spite our language barriers we were able to communicate and we receive valuable advices regarding our travel plans in Umbria. The apartments were mai... what people say » ntained in an extremely clean and comfortable conditions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Deila were baking new cakes every day and we had - This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!

  We loved our hosts, first and foremost! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the apartment was spectacular! Location was great - easy walk to everywhere in Spello for the average fit person. Narrow roads, so critical to have a small car! - Excellent location. Many good restaurants, bars and cafes.
