Even when our credit card was not accepted, it was possible to pay later on via money transfer and we never felt any discomfort commig from the staff. - The man at reception was really helpful. The location is very good, close to the city center, but still in a very quiet and relaxing environment, being surrounded by a splendid orchard of lemons. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering good comfort. The owner and the girl working there are very nice, helpful and friendly. The owner also has a nice fish restaurant - La Kambusa - in the port, where you can eat fresh fish at a good price. We were very please

Cant understand some of the comments on the LetsBookHotel.com site about distance from town - my 12 year old daughter had no problem walking this and there is a hotel bus that makes transfers at regular times. Prior to our arrival they arranged a private van tour of the Amalfi Coast for our group of 8. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was good and the view from the 5th floor breakfast room is stunning, right at Vesuvius. All the rooms have a balcony with a view. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Free shuttle. Rooms were as pictured on website

I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br
