This is notquite right as there would appear to be buildings in the way in reallife, also hotel 25min walk from Sirmione. Breakfast was quite basic,well presented and good quality but there could be more coice ofbreakfast, with more of a choice of hot foods. No room service. The owners were not very friendly but the staff were good. The photos of the pool are misleading, there is a busy road between the hotel and the lake. Beds were a bit on the hard side so didn't sleep well. The underground car park layout is a bit tight to manoeuvre in especially with a large car. Pet friendly room had a patio door to grass area but you could not vent it, so if its a hot day you would have to have the door open and this could create a security problem.....The people working on the hotel recepion weren't particularly friendly. We saw various people there at different times of the day and I don't think I saw one of them ever smile. We couldn't speak much Italian, so that may have been why they appeared so unfrendly. It was based on a main road, which was busy, with the doors open it was noisy.We had to lbooked out already at 10.30, normally it's at 12.00 - too early for us. swimming pool at roof level was small and became overcrowded. Pictures of the hotel gave a different impression.the room was a bit small but it was ok. No air conditioning after September-It was fairly hot when we came(middle of October).Don't take a western balcony because there isn't awindow and everything becomes hot.Bad toilet paper.Our shower wasleaking.The acoustics is bad - everytime other guest in other room goesto the shower/bathroom we could hear him as though it was inside ourroom.Really annoying.

Room information details

Both standard and superior rooms are available and all are ensuite and sound-proofed. They are fully equipped with a range of modern facilities. Each features air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial phone, safe, shower, bathroom and heating. Most have a balcony, some have a garden and other boast a lake-view.

The superior rooms are spacious and modern and some are connecting rooms.They are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, TV with LCD screen and minibar. Some have parquet flooring and some doubles have whirpool in the bathroom, on request. Lake view room are available on request paying an extra of EUR 10,00 per room per night.
