I stayed in a bungalow with a lot of green trees around. The bungalow was quite small, but with a fridge and bathroom. They had a minimart and restaurant which I appreciated, and the bus-stop just 100 meters away. The camping itself is one km from the trainstation, and two km away from the city of Siena itself. I had a very nice and relaxing time here.
fair price for basic facilities (e.g. for bungalows: beds, bathroom, fridge, parking place)
small shop & pub inside the camping (for early departures / late arrivals)
bus station nearby (for/from siena's istorical centre)
many road signs to the camping (no need for gps/map). all reviews »
We absolutely loved this place. We stayed in a cabin which they apparently introduced just last year. A cute little cabin overlooking the green, quiet and very pleasant. The price was perfect for what you get. Highly recommend it.
Staff is very kind and helpful. Camping is extremely clean and friendly. Location is not bad but if you arrive with train, bus would be great to get more info in advance how to get to the camping from station.
The camp is excellent and is well-kept and the cabins are clean and neat. It has a pool and restaurant on site and is great for people of all ages. It is only a short bus journey away from Siena Town Centre.
Nice and clean little bungalow - a bit small but comfortable. Fridge in the room. Good value for money. Liked that there was a little shop there and bar/restaurant with decent prices/food.
Staff can speak English very well. Accommodation was very pleasant, clean and privacy. Everything is new and modern. Probably the best camp we´ve ever visited for this money.
Great location and close to public transport. Clean facilities and great pool. Cafe was fantastic value for money and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Lovely pool, friendly helpful staff. Good eatery/ bar on site. Easy bus access to Sienna. Taxi's reasonable.
Staff
Warm Welcome
Very nice and Clean Mobile Home
Swimming Pool
Very Quiet
Excelent Restaurant in site!.
The room was of a good standard, for a camping accommodation it was better than average.
My daughter and I had a great time there. My kiddo enjoyed the pool there very much!.
everything, the place is nice, very clean and the staff is nice.
Clean, close to the bus stop, pool, friendly staff. PERFECT.
Quiet atmosphere and nice environment. Good price.
That the bungalows were nice, cosy and clean.
Staff very helpful.
The facilities were great. There's a pool and well-stocked amd reasonably priced convenience store. The cabin was clean and well-organized for a small space. The staff were friendly & helpful.
Camping trailer had everything we needed even a little fridge which is a big plus.
All camping place is nicely organized.
I liked the chalet that I had booked it was very clean and functional. Swimming pool was great and clean.
Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and new. Quite good place to visit the city.
The staff was helpfull. We got all the information we need.
Bus connection to downtown.
Would be nice to have some basic kitchen utensils, cups, etc.
Mobile house is not bad but really small and you can hear and feel everything from the neighbour house .
Make sure you know where to get the bus back. We walked around for ages, having walked around Siena all day.
No free Wi-Fi. No A/C or fan. Had requested a double bed but there were two single beds in the bungalow (you can however push them together...).
Cabin was a little bit hot and the window opened into the front door which could get a little annoying. Sign at check in said check out was 11 am but the pamphlet said 10am.
Small bungalow was mobile home split into 2 separate units. Off putting hearing and feeling movement when other couple moved around.
Take plenty of mosquito repellent.
The return bus times from Sienna go regularly until about 8 then stop until the last bus at around 12. We were caught out by this.
A longer distance from the center. (20minutes walk). But you can take bus.
That we had to pay for the Wi-Fi and barely worked, then when it did work it was only up at the reception.
Stayed in a mobile unit. Fridge nice but kettle would have been useful. Not serviced but no broom available to use.
The public transport to get into Siena and back. It's regular and reliable during the day but there are only 3 buses back after 8pm, which is not so convenient if you want to have dinner in town.
Camping is a bit far from the city. You need 25 minutes with a bus.
I think they were surprised that I had booked a double room.I had a meal in their restaurant and they failed to provide bread and parmesan cheese. They made so many excuses. No manager etc. The next day the manager was not their-was it because I was a single traveller and not of any value financially? Finally they gave me a beer as compensation. Second morning no hot water in the shower.
Mobile-home was swinging when someone moved.
We don't have enough warm water. Only one could make hot shower. In bungalow no cup, glass or knife.....nothing at all. No towels.....basic things.
Komfor !.
The mobil house was not comfortable.
Very basic, small, cold with little insulation to units, it rocked most
of the night and very noisy due to rain striking the metal sheet roof,
not worth the 50 euros/night.
