  My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Francesco Andreoil ( Direttore ). From the moment we arrived he made us feel very comfortable. He assigned us a beautiful sea view room which was amazing. He also had one of his staff drive our car into the private garage as the space is very tight. We can recommend this hotel with absolute no hesitation. We hope to return soon. - We have stayed here many times, every time we stay it's always such a calm, relaxing and luxurious hotel to stay in. The staff are always friendly and kind (they gave us a free upgrade too) but the location of the hotel, right on the beach in this lovely quiet location is perfect! Breakfast right overlooking the little bay is beautiful and a great start to any day or holiday.

  The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were allowed to drop our bags and run to catch a train before checking in, and they even gave us a ride back to the station. On check-out day, they allowed us to borrow towels for the beach and use their facilities to shower and change after.   Sestri Levante and especially this hotel was a highlight of our trip. We wanted to visit Cinque Terre the following day and were looking for a cheap room somewhere close. Looking at the map I decided to look for Sestri Levante and fortunately, I found this hotel. It was absolutely fabulous, comfortable, staff was helpful and the price was excelle... what people say » nt. But to go to the seaside, you need a car or take a taxi. - Villa Agnese is a beautiful hotel in a not-quite-as-beautiful turnoff from the autostrada. The rooms and grounds are obviously treated with great care by the staff; it felt like a luxury apartment complex. We enjoyed opening our patio doors onto the swimming pool area and sitting in the adjacent garden area. Parking is ample and is located in a gated area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food was exquisite (breakfasts included) and the service was amazing -- Mario and Carolina at the front desk could not have been more helpful to us during our stay. Since the tourist office was closed during our stay, we found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful to us in our desire to see Cinque... what people say » Terre. We were advised to ask for rooms 31 or 32 as they provided a view of the beach and the hotel was happy to accommodate our request. - It was really a great hotel. At the most beautiful side of Sestri, nearby everything. Clean chamber, very friendly staff, beautiful inside with everywhere seats to read (the chamber is not a chamber to stay during the day). Sitting somewhere in the garden there is no need to buy drinks etc. You can decide it yourself. Very good breakfast.

  Very clean; modern with very nice bath and accommodation. Light and airy design. Really loved the upstairs lounge and rooftop deck. Never have seen hotel anywhere with lounge area on our accommodation floor, yet so private. So nice to have a place to go where one doesn't feel "in the way" of clients coming and going. These 2 things really appreciated; plus havi - It seemed obvious to us that the owners of Hotel Genova care greatly about their hotel and about the comfort of their guests. Bright, airy, lovely, very comfortable room. Air conditioner was extremely quiet the few times we used it. Impeccably clean hotel. We had asked for a quiet room and were given one. Breakfasts had a delicious and varied selection of food. WiFi worked beautifully, even up on the top floor. Only a few minutes walk to the train station, beach, and pedestrian-only streets.

  Roberta and Andrea were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms have a lovely character, the coffee and tea facilities were excellent, there are stunning views in the area and the suite was warm and cosy. Perfect for a base to explore this beautiful region.
