  This is a beautiful, new property! I was traveling with my two older sons to do some beer tasting in the Piemonte region. It was like we had our very own small apartment. The breakfast was wonderful and featured delicious local food as well as the typical items. I highly recommend staying here. I am sorry my reservation was for one night only... what people say » . - Loved the green view! Enjoyed the restaurant next door, Le Torri, and the other restaurant in the village. The reception people at the hotel were very pleasant.

Once we got to the hotel, the owner Denise was there to welcome us personally with her frien - This exquisitely renovated castle provides every luxury and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Barolo wine country. Nonetheless, the high point for us was the food. Chef (and owner) Denise Pardini, whose resume includes at stint at Chez Panisse, has figureed out how to brighten traditional Piedmontese cuisine for the modern palette. Everything was delicious. Even the breakfast was a knockout. My short vacation at Hotel Castello di Sinio inspired me to make my own house more castle-like

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great. the owners recommend one of their apartments for our family which worked out great for us. The views are fantastic from the hotel. Best of all was the delicious, seven course meals served up each evening. The food and wine were excellent and an extremely good value. - Everything was excellent... what people say » , the welcome from the family fantastic. The dinners offered (if wanted) were superb and we stayed for 2 nights the meals different each night and home cooked. Accommodation extremely clean, pool also and we are planning a return trip next year, fantastico!
