Very friendly staff, about 5 mins walk from the Champinoi ski lift and a very nice restaurant downstairs of the hotel, but you always have to book it prior the dinner. Very nice spa. Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of hotel and quality of food in restaurant. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
all reviews Breakfast was always the same and lacked variety of products, however had all the essentials. There is a bit of trouble with the shower water flow, especially in the mornings, water could change from normal to very hot or very cold in an instant. Very poor quality of wifi, took me ages to load picture for emails. Beds were not really comfortable, they were rather hard, which actually made my back pain worse. No mini bar or kettle in the room. WiFi was hopeless.
