Everything was great!! Staff very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Lorenza. What a great employee. Not only explained everything to us about the hotel, but also called restaurants for dinner reservations, the shops for bike rentals. She is amazing. We did a late booking using my mobile phone and didn't specified we wanted a double room with two single beds. When we arrive at the reception and told her this, she ran upstairs, reset the room to our like and came back to reception desk runnin.

It is very nice to relax in the different sauna options offered or with a massage. The hotel was in is frist season. Let's hope they can maintain this level of service over time. This is a modern hotel in a great location with a great view of Sassolungo. The hotel manageress, Lorenza, was very helpful, always available to provide helpful tips on where to visit and to get there. The food served in the hotel restaurant was delicious and always innovative while Michela and Stefy make sure that you are served in the most professional manner. Modern hotel in the mountains, great design, perfectly clean, spacious balcony. It was really worth to book the dinner in advance - delicious food in seven courses (salads, antipasti, soup, pasta, sorbet, fish, dessert); great breakfast. Helpfull staff. Good location and impressive view. We loved our stay here, the room we had (531) had incredible views over Sassalungo mountain. The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and the dinners outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again - in fact we hope to come back next year. We loved everything about the ArtHotel. Excellent service and care from the manageress to the shuttle driver who all made our stay unforgettable. Nothing can be perfect right? This wonderful hotel, with perfect location and perfect staff has glass door in the bathrooms, so if you are there, doing your "humain needs" who ever is in the room could see you. For couples who this is not a problem, perfect. But imagine sharing the room with your grandpa (like I did) or with a friend, it might get a little awkward. need to ventilate room quite often. even radiators were off still was too warm. must be hell good heat insulation. The hotel is at the entrance of the little town, further away from the ski pistes. Fortunately, the shuttle service from the hotel works perfectly. None. The only thing - but we are prude English people- was that you can't wear anything in the spa!.
