  Very pleasant and helpful staff in this very modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed if a little starkly white and black in decor. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00 which was welcome as we had had a tiring journey. Excellent location next to train station, and close to the beach and port for boats to Portofino. Great staff that helped with our plans for exploring Cinque Terre. il Nostromo is a great restaurant in the street infront of the hotel (Tuna Tartar for appetizer, Pistachio crusted fish for main course and Tiramisu for dessert - Best meal of the trip).

  The familiarity of the manager, the choice of the room that pleased usthe most, a better room for the same price because I asked for a bath inmy reservation form. - Room comfortable, we missed breakfast on first morning cos I did not allow for time change. But we enjoyed a very nice breakfast regardless

  We left the guys at home and did a sister trip across Italy. We absolutely loved Hotel Metropole and Santa Margareta Legure.   The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the personnel extremely helpful. The room, facilities, and hotel restaurants were great. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants, buses and trains. A great stay!! - the setting really is a full blown palace - and the staff are really down to earth, friendly, helpful and fun!

  Great location on the strand--nice room overlooking the water.Good breakfast with a nice selection of cold buffet, you can also ask for hot bacon and eggs, etc for a small bit extra - The access to both the restaurant and Bar, again the staff were very polite and helpful without being inappropriate.
