If it happens you have no other options to go for vacation and you've selected Sanremo (wouldn't suggest it as a destination for a long stay, max 2 days), then this hotel is the best you can get in the city.

Sanremo is a bigger town on the Ligurian coast, excellent base for doing
day trips to many of the small sea side towns or villages in the hills.
The town offers a decent selection of restaurants as well as shopping.
Hotel De Paris is situation next to the Casino at the

The staffwas nice (for instance, on our arrival, we crossed the cleaning lady inthe corridor, she asked us our room number, and directed us to it with abig smile.. The hotel is perfectly located and very close to the beach (less than 2 minutes of walk). Train station is about 10 minutes away and very easy to find. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Very close to pedestrian pathway, shops, beach, eateries, town. The train station is very handy and we walked to and from when arriving, departing. Given a map on arrival and as we had to wait for 15 minutes for our room to be ready we were given a cappuccino. We were able to have an early breakfast on the morning we left.
