  We stayed in this hotel in the 2nd half of August for 6 nights. Everything was perfect! The room was clean(bathroom too, but with a small shower), big and the view!!! Wow! Incredible! Free wifi( fast) in the whole building. The staff was really kind and friendly and helpful. Breakfast rich and delicious:hams, cheeses, teas, cakes(best crostatas), fruits, yoghurts,granolas, cornfla - Lovely welcome and friendly service. We had an amazing view over the valley from our room. This was a wonderful place to spend some time relaxing. Whilst the main purpose of our visit was as a central base to go to Florence, Siena etc. etc. We spent a wonderful day exploring San Miniato which has much to offer on its own - and would strongly recommend.

  Beautiful farmhouse, grounds, and vineyard/olive groves. Amazing views of the Tuscan hills. Mother-in-law LOVED the complimentary breakfast (a nice variety and a little something different every morning). The agriturismo is absolutely true to its name with unobstructive beautiful vista it over looks. Imagine waking up to stunning Tuscan rolling hills right before your eyes! Great hospitality and breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating owner who gave excellent recommendation of restaurants (we had out of this world truffle pasta at Pepenero). Agriturismo Bellavista was the best and cheapest place we stayed at throughout our Tuscany trip. Only wish we had more time here!

  I liked how this hotel is set in the Tuscany countryside. Lovely setting and really like they offer free Cava on arrival. The staff very friendly. Free car park and breakfast included in the rate. We stayed for a night only and would like to have stayed longer.   Travelling alone, I arrived late after a very hard day's cycling in the rain, having made a late Internet booking that same evening. Although the hotel was actually closed that day to new guests, everyone was very helpful, sorting out a room very quickly; very friendly, helping me with my Italian; made me something to eat accommodating my vegan/v... what people say » egetarian requests. Lovely peaceful night's sleep in a beautiful surrounding - very very hilly. Very close to San Miniato which is a very pretty old - The service from the owner's daughter was excellent! The location also good (a short walk from the centre of San Miniato). The wine! :-)
