  Hotel is clean and nice. The room was big enough. The food in hotel restaurant was excellent. The same goes for red wine. The hotel staff was very friendly, although they did not speak much English. Location of hotel is good if you are exploring Umbria, like we did (10km form Perugia, 20km from Asissi, 15km from Todi…).   The owner was really nice, friendly and speaks English very well. The place was really clean and good taken care of. Also the swimming pool was beautiful, clean and gives a nice view. The apartment was very spacious, had a nice temperature (we didn't needed any air-conditioning) and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. We also had a patio.
