Well located hotel at decent price--some 10 mins walk to metro, which bring you to main attractions in 10-15 mins. Neighborhood is quiet and less touristic. Good places for eating around. Place is very clear, they make up rooms daily. WiFi is available for free. We got a kitchen in our room, which was good. Cleaning service every day. A good quality comfy bed. Excellent location 15 min walk to the Vatican Museum and 22 min walk to St.Peter's Basilica. The bus stop outside the residence. Two supermarkets nearby and restaurant as well.

Cold terracotta floor - you'll have to wear shoes all the time. Walls needs the fresh painting. The day before our departure we did not get any shampoo and soap. Our telephone was not working.. The boiling water is finished too soon / the closing doors system is too noisy (if you have a ill-mannered neighbor, better you go to visit Rome). Not enough dinnerware. Shower-bath need curtain!!!. shower handle stuck to the wall. No food market near the hotel; difficult to find parking close to the hotel. A bit gloomy - lack of light. - Not so clean (taking shower only in flip-flops) - Windows are not tight (it may be a problem during winter). Old furniture and building though it is an old villa. Its about 10 minutes from the metro stop walking and up hill so its a bit tiring coming back from a long day of sight seeing. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom but I was told this is an issue throughout the city. Too old furniture and kitchen accessories. A bit noisy in the morning with open window due to traffic outside. Kitchen was too basic, not enough pans, glasses and cups. Shower screen missing so floor got wet and messy. Laundry machine and dryer too old and inneficient. bad wifi connection, thin walls,. Restrooms were very little and hotel was very hard to find. For the price I would find somewhere on the outside of Rome limits and take the metro or train in. No free WIFI at all room No international tv channel Elevator not working properly. That I had to remember even what my grandmother forgot about old, degradated and unfitted facilities. We couldn't wash all three of us because the boiler was to small or we couldn't wash and cook in the same time due to lack of electric network. The heater wasn't functional ( at 10 Celsius degrees), the dishes and cutleries were missing and at our arrivall we had to ask for another apartment . A clean one.
