Spacious apartments equipped with everything one may need. Friendly and helpful staff. Located near green park. Quiet territory, a nice place to relax in the busy city of Rome. The bigger appartments (for 3-5 people) have decent sound isolation, unlike you may read in other reviews. Overall great value for the money you pay. The appartment is perfect for a large family or several friends. The separation into two spaces (upstairs and downstairs) gives some privacy for grown-up couples or parents/children. Good kitchen and bathroom, closed and safe parking, easy to reach from the freeway and from subway.
all reviews » Very happy with our stay at Centro Benigni. It was lovely to come home to after a hot day in Rome. Very clean, well set up and was great to have ready ice cubes and cold water in the fridge for when we arrived. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring Rome. The large and well set out single bedroom apartment was perfect for my wife and I with our young daughter. Great running/walking track close at hand and fantastic restaurant just across the road with large outdoor kids play gym. Easy to access Rome, and great if you have a car as the location is very secure. Bed was comfortable, everything new and clean. Staff was very responsive. Wifi ok. Apt spacious for 2. Convenient appartments with proper kitchen and bathroom facilities located in the separate guarded area near the park. Laundry is at the territory of the residence. Quiet, undisturbed by traffic. Best to take a taxi the last bit and we did because of the luggage after we arrived at the train station. Clean facilities, spacious and good value for money if one has a car or stays for a prolonged period. It was very good place. Very clean, big and silent. You have the kitchen in your apartment also. It is a real country place not far from the metro station. New and comfortable. wonderfull place. . ALL EXCELLENT!!!. Everything. beatifule. cost. Very quiet country place, clean, and spacious apartments with a terrace, great value, well equipped with ikea furnitures, in great condition, have a parking. - good security by the big gate with key so that a stranger can not enter the regidence. simplicity. Far from metro. You can use your own car to reach metro (3-5 minutes ride) and leave it on the paid parking there (about 1.5 euro/12 hours). The location is some 20-min with a subway from the center plus 20 min walk (=40 min in total). The subway is full in the rush hours, but if you start from from the last station, you can find a sitting place. Take a pocket lamp, because the shortest way to the subway does not have illumination for about 100m. The wireless internet stopped working after our first night. We were unable to contact anyone over the weekend to resolve this. The Laundry was unavailable outside reception hours which were limited. Walls are paper thin. Had our car broken into at metro station. Personally as a female I would not walk around this area at night. Noise: from other apartments (every word is heard), from neighbourhood!. Poor acoustic insulation. The nearest subway station is reachable in minutes by car (1.50 Euro/12 hrs parking). Walking and/or use of bus connection are difficult (especially in the heat of the Roman summer) and through an unpleasant area (at night, maybe, even dangerous). Very good if you have a car. To reach metro station you should take a bus or take a walk to the station (20-25 min). There is not enough kitchen utensils & toilet paper. Not in the best neighborhood, a long ways from down town. Nothing. only one bathroom. Far from Rome if you don't have a car. - WiFi was not available in each room due to some maintenance during our stay unfortunately, however it was ok just in the public space. difficulty in oral communication using English language.
