Не зря тут все посетители его отмечают. Он от сердца следит за своим бизнесом. Обслуживает гостей ненавязчиво, но при этом очень внимательно во всех деталях! He was very welcoming and helped us tremendously planning our trip in Rome, booking online tickets and showing us turn by turn direction on Google Maps to the best restaurants. The room was shiny clean and very bright. We were let to keep our room for late checkout. The breakfast is presented throughout the day and you can use the kitchen and BBQ at your own will. The area is not in the middle of the city but there is a tram and buses that frequently go to Terminni station. 5 . The owner is very helpful and showed us around the place and the best ways to the city center. Our room has a balcony so nice to have an evening dinner outside. The location is actually good as long as you found it in the first place (better to call the owner first time, it took us a while to locate). Giulio was very helpful - right from the booking confirmation (even before our arrival) till keeping the luggage after our checkout. Apartment is very nice - it is more like staying at a friend's place than at a hotel. The kitchen was especially helpful as we were traveling with a young child. Guilio was a really nice and very helpful guy, made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information that we needed to get around by public transport as well as great places to eat. I would highly recommend this B&B. Clean rooms, free wifi, balcony, safe and free parking. The owner/receptionist was very helpful even before we arrived. He gave us directions on how to get to the bb; the place has a common kitchen so we enjoyed using the fridge for some groceries for dinner; each room has a balcony; we were moved to a bigger room the next day; wi-fi was excellent. Nice balcony, spacious room and bathroom, Giulio was very helpful and he gave good tips what to see in Roma. Supermarket was nearby, tram stop too. Quiet place and nice area. The room was quite clean. 5 minutes away from the bus station. The owner was very eager to help, he explained us which is the easiest way to get to our destinations - a very pleasant man. The tram service stops at 11pm, and knowing where to get off of the bus is hard as the bus stop signs are covered in graffiti... The shower is a little bit cold but given the hot rome summer, it may be benefits for others. Getting to know the right stop to get down the bus and tram was very difficult - but it is not the problem of the hotel, it is the way Rome's public transport is designed. Make sure you can identify the stops that you'll get down - especially at night. To get to centre of Rome, you should take the bus or tram. It will arrive straight to Termini (10-15 minutes). The only bad thing was location but it is not very very bad, you have to change transport to reach city centre - the most convenient way is to take a bus till metro and then take a metro which takes 10 minutes to centre !. The location is quite far from the city center and public transport in Rome is not so good, so is not easy to go to the hotel to take a nap, a shower, to leave stuffs or something like that. Constantly dirty floors, bed linen doesn't change before departure. location is not in the center of city, you will have to use public transport (buss + metro) for more than 45 minutes to see the city attractions. Not much. Our room/bathroom was never cleaned nor dusted; garbage was collected only once (first day after we moved); sheets and towels were never changed nor touched (5 nights/days!); just hand soap in the toilet; if you are planning to stay in this bb, be careful not to touch the bed frame! It was terribly dirty! We were in the balcony, having breakfast, when we noticed it. I really think the owner/receptionist should pay more attention on the BB's cleanliness. Kitchen was little bit dirty and from the balcony of the room you had a straight eye contact to next rooms balcony. Little bit far away from the sights - you have to take a tram and a metro. The only hygiene product that was available to the guests was a liquid soap with a very poor quality. Quite far from the center - about 50 minutes by bus.
