The staff was most accommodating and friendly. My family loved the pool and the access to the beach. We would stay there again. The staff were pleased to help with any matter. They were polite and gave us excellent information with regards the area.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beach was gorgeous with our own sunbeds are no extra cost - superb. Mainly the staff, who were very helpful at all times, nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Staff pleasant but unable to deal with the non functioning air conditioning - this needs fixing.When we first arrived, the air conditioning did not work. We were moved to other rooms, but they were smaller and the view was not as bella as the first rooms we had. We were suppose to move back to our original rooms, but that didn't happen. But, on the whole, our stay was delightful. The restaurant next door was fabulous and the staff was wonderful. the bar area. It's position is fine when the weather is good but out of season with cool weather there is very little to do. lounge area/bar needs updating to be made more comfortable and inviting. Noise from the other rooms and events held at the hotel. Air conditioning was poor. Food was very expensive and not much variety.staff not friendky- a smile would have been nice! at some point!. Very noisy private party by pool until early am ruined 1st night's sleep. Poor lighting in room. Remote from facilities, difficult to get anythingto eat between 2pm - 7.30. Nothing on a Monday!. We returned to the Kennedy after a bad experience last year only because there are very few hotels in that area and we could find nowhere else. Room very noisy (constant stairwell noise from other guests), air conditioning still not working - seems to be a long term problem. Only one chair on balcony - no table. We cut short our stay and moved out after 2 nights.
