The place is new and in good shape. Beautifully renovated old convent, with an amazing garden. You get a fully equipped apartment with a lot of space. The staff are very friendly. Check out is late - at 14:00. It's 10 minutes car drive away from a great beach. -

La colazione è stata abbondante e sempre disponibile, anche se un paio di giorni siamo arrivati fuori orario.
Logisticamente il residence è a pochi minuti dall'Argentario e dal Parco della Maremma, ad un'ora circa da Castiglion della Pescaia, a un'ora e mezza da Siena ed è quindi ideale per diverse escursioni.

Very covenient location, less than 10 minutes from SMN Station/Airport Shuttle. Despite being located close to arrivals area this city district is rather quiet. Aircon worked flawlessly, completely noiseless.
B&B owner is a great person, helped us a lot, especially with taxi arrangement on our way back home.

A beautiful location with a breathtaking view on the see and the mountains. Accomodation offers everything that is needed for a comfortable stay: from a fully equiped kitchen to baby chair and a cot for our little one.
