  I loved everything about this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The pool was exquisite and overlooked a beautiful valley with birds circling below and horses grazing. My room was lovely I had a single room but it was a double bed with a great bathroom with rain bath shower. The restaurant was great the food delicio... what people say » us. It was easily the nicest place I have ever stayed.

  Very welcoming and helpful staff, advice provided for touring the surrounding area and hill towns was very much appreciated, beautiful country setting, great place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sun, spacious room but a little dark. - Relais Ortaglio is the perfect spot to get away from the crowds and well placed to explore Tuscany.

  The manager is extremely helpful and considerate. She contacted us before we arrived, to offer assistance with travel. The apartments have a lot of character and are comfortable and well equipped. Our bathroom was spacious.

  Excellent location, friendly staff and very spacious rooms. Close to the beach and other beautiful places int eh Tuscan countryside. Swimming pool is an added value-option, although it is not heated.

  Our host, Lorna, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us great advise on things to do and places to visit, was available when we needed her and overall made us feel welcome and at home. We were given a larger apartment at no extra cost because we added a day to our visit and it was most appreciated! It felt as if we had our own little villa in Ch... what people say » ianti in beautiful surroundings. Thank you! - Pefect as always. Those little things like candles, books and magazines really make the unforgettable atmosphere there. Lorna - the owner is very kind and helpful. It wasn't my first vist to Gavillaccio and definitely not the last!

  We were greated with a friendly smile, the hotel was walking distance from the sights and the owners were so helpful and gave us so much advise, even helping with our map reading to get us to our next destination.
