  Breakfast buffet was excellent; I wish we had booked a reservation for dinner at the restaurant, but we were so anxious to see the city we did not. The room was lovely (we stayed in #107) but I saw #105 and it was even more lovely. Quiet, so you can sleep late and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. This villa is a winery and the wine tour and tasting is excellent and half price if you are staying at the Villa. Very happy we stayed outside of Siena as it was very hot in the city, but cool at the Villa. Great views over Siena at night. Highly recommended.

Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

B apartment was well designed and comfortable. C receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable and did what she could to help us get the correct apartment.   The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was ... what people say » clean and comfy. The only down i can think about is that there should have been a wifi connection with no extra cost. For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  If you want to feel the spirit of small town in Tuscany and if you like charming and comfortable place to stay, I would honestly recommend staying in Sepmroniano, in B&B "Borgo di Sepronio". I stayed there for three nights, but I did not want to leave. I liked everything there and I know that I will definitely come back.
