Gioia Residence was perfect for us. We loved our apartment which whilst described as a studio was much bigger than expected. Nico was a superb host and gave us great tips on where to eat and visit on the island. Everything. Very nice, comfortable room. Location allows for walking around an island. Small beach with restaurant is only several steps (and 200 stairs) from Goia. Walk to beautiful Marina Coricella takes about 10-15 minutes. Landlord Nico is very helpful and nice.

There are several apartments in the building and we had the rooftop appartment. The view was awsome, we could see the whole island in one glance. The apartment is simple but clean and practical. Beds are good, bathroom is small but really clean. The location is very close from two of the Islands ports, 5mn walk from the ferries. -

The location is great - down the road from shops, supermarket,restaurants and bus stop at the corner. Staff were brilliant, veryhelpful with maps and advice. Room was enormous compared to some singlerooms I'd stayed at - and had a great view out to sea. - the proximity of the beach, 10 minutes by feet and the disposition of the room in a courtyard
