  We booked with letsbookhotel.com and our deal did not include breakfast but from what we saw on plastic trays in the reception area, it would probably not be worth paying extra for - go to one of the numerous local bars for a better colazione. - Conveniently located to the train station (Porta Nuova) but within walking distance to sights, shoppin... what people say » g, and restaurants.   Closeness to everything. The proximity to the town square was interesting and fun. We were very close to transport for the lake and the islands. Shopping in the town was also good value. Our beds and room was kept spic and span. The bed was always made when we came back from breakfast.we were well looked after by the owner who spoke English and wa... what people say » s able to direct us to various points of interest. - The room was nice with a balcony to a great view! The staff was nice with good knowledge of english. The breakfast was extremely good! The hotel is located in the center of Stresa which was great. The standart europian electricity adaptor was not working for us so we asked at the reception and they gave us a special adadptor for the night.

  Nice English family run establishment, but not for the physically feeble who can not handle stairs ! Prop's seemed a very decent couple ! - The staff was very friendly. The room for 4 people was very comfortable. Location is near to the town center and ski resources.

  Very central, but in a quiet street. Easy walk to the sights and main square for dinner. The room was simply furnished but all new fittings and very clean. No air con but a fan. Staff were very nice but didnt speak English, they could speak French.   It's a very familiar place, I liked a lot. The bathroom is very small, but in general the albergo has a very good cost-benefit ratio. It's very well located. - It was a really cosy family run hotel, we felt very welcome! The room we had was large, spacious and clean. It was very good value for money aswell.
