  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   Very kind and professional staff, excellent location on lake shore, huge room and bathroom, fabulous breakfast spread (enormous choice of different foods), large secure parking lot - Excellent hotel surrounding. Good service and cosy atmosphere.
