  Great Hotel with excellent view over the lake and breakfast. If you wake up in the morning you can smell the fresh croissants. The breakfast is great with different cookies, juice and fresh fruits.   The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay extremely memorable and comfortable. They were also very helpful with advice on where to go and visit and places to eat. The hotel is in a great loction right on the lake with bars, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep.   Our stay was wonderful, and was made even more so by the geniality of the young couple that "runs the show" there. Parking is a bit out of the way, but Oliver will facilitate this and all other matters pertaining to your stay. The view from our balcony was gorgeous, the cuisine was excellent ... and that lovely dining room! The bit of extra effo... what people say » rt that it takes to get to the Al Borducn (GPS is certainly advised) is well rewarded; Anne and Barry rate it 5 *****. - We stayed last year on our way to our holiday, and it was lovely to return. The owners are incredibly welcoming and even put us in the same room as before. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the room was very clean.

  Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only ... what people say » places I've ever stayed in Europe, ( I stay in hotels 6 times a month an travel for a living)...that I'd revisit & stay longer than a week next ti - Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  We stayed at this hotel twice in july 2013. For us it was an ideal location on our way to a camping in Toscana, and also for the return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too keen to leave my car loaded with 3 bicycles on the parking place. The staff allowed me to park the bicycles in their garage.
