  Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Everything in the apartment was as I expected it would be. Very comfortable bed - my husband said it was best of our 2 week trip. Breakfast was enormous. When arriving at the San Pietro station, walk right first and the apartment street is the first left. Carrefour very convenient for groceries. I really appreciated all the help with arranging rides to and from the airport as well as the restaurant recommendations.

Just wanted to pay attantion to several fact only because for someone that could be decisive and crusial: very small rooms but cosy, about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro station.   Pleasent surroundings, polite staff, nice room. - The staff were helpful, and the setting is very peaceful in the countryside. Recommend staying here if you have a car, as could be difficult to get to otherwise. Sunny spot, not far from Rome or Tivoli. Free parking and wifi access.
