  10/10, great owner and staff, location is perfect for tourist and shopping, reception is helpful and friendly, i ask them a cake for my wife's birthday and they prepare for me next day morning, it's the best hotel during my stay in Italy, BRAVO!!! - Great location, bit surprised it was a flat changed to three rooms, but great comfort

  The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Perfect host as he is an architect and has fine taste. Accomodations are excellent...spacious, clean, modern and very tasteful, elegant, state of the art. Eventhough the hotel does not have a p... what people say » hysical reception area, they accomodate your service request by having a virtual reception via telephone where all your requirements can be met. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

Recommend staying here if you have a car, as could be difficult to get to otherwise. Sunny spot, not far from Rome or Tivoli. Free parking and wifi access.
