    When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

    We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... what people say » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

    Hotel resides in a flat of an apartment which is very close to Manzoni metro station, about 1 minute walk away. You can also walk to Colosseum within 10 minutes. There is also a tram line in front of the hotel but we didn’t use it as metro line was enough. It’s a fairly new hotel, furniture and other equipment are well designed and clean. Internet was fast and can be used in room. - It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City. The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

    This B & B was a hidden gem in a great area surrounded by little cafés, wine bars etc. and public transport at your doorstep. Once you get past the front door you will be wowed by the interior design for old Rome. Nina was so friendly and extremely helpful with whatever you requested. We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

    We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel. Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome... what people say » and maybe other cities close by, such as Orvieto, Assisi, Pompei. With the train station being so easy to access, you would not need to worry about b - Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

    Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. The beds were actually very comfortable and the room was not only decorated nicely, but very clean and comfortable with maid service. ... what people say » Each morning cappucinos and Italian cakes were available for breakfast. Our pension was just 1/2 block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum so we - Everything about this B&B was perfect. - Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot). - The owner is very friendly. - The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony. - Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone. - Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.     The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi.     Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast.     Travelling to Europe so many times, this hotel is one of the best that i ever stay, and by far the most memorable. Renovated from an very old palace, which a history at least 400 years, the hotel so well designed that the material, the detail and the style is a excellent modern expression of the traditional local style. Check out the dinning room - After three days in Rome, the crowds started to grate on our nerves, so we made like the wealthy Romans of ancient times and got the heck out in order to get some fresh air. We took the subway to Ponte Mammolo, and a ~50 min bus ride from there to Tivoli. Heading to Tivoli, and Catillo in particular, had to be one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Italy.
