  The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Eventhough the hotel does not have a p... what people say » hysical reception area, they accomodate your service request by having a virtual reception via telephone where all your requirements can be met. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  Modern style and very new Private Staff are nice ( but see only one time when check in.) Recommend to appoint the check in time before arrival and know that this hotel is on the fifth floor, so walk slowly to find the hotel name at wall. - We stayed one night here after two weeks in Italy as a stop before returning to the airport - ideal location... what people say » for this.
