Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay

The location is stunning, you have a beautiful view of Bolsena lake and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.
The room is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated.
Best of all, Enrico is an amazing host, he and his staff made us feel welcomed and right at home, he had very useful recommendations on the area and we had a great time thanks to him.
