  The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to make up for my poor Italian. They were able to recommend excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless, quiet and very charming. It was also conveniently located only a few blocks from the train station. The breakfast was good, too. - Very nice hotel, very quiet, roop spa... what people say » cious, big bathroom, no problem at all with English, they speak very good. They helped me every time I needed, always with smile and without any issue. Next day I'm in Bologna I know where to stay.

The comfort is also great and the price very economical, compared to other hotels and places I stayed in Italy.
