  This is a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Venice. Giudecca is very peaceful, which provides a nice break from the crowds. The Residenza provided very spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen complete with food for breakfast.   The staff were more than professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Again my compliments to the helpful staff. - The staff, the great breakfast, and the quant location.

  We had a large, comfortable room with a view of the canal and the church. Hotel has a pleasant garden. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, near to San Basilio vaporetto stop, convenient for attractions in the Dorsoduro area. A few caffes and osteria nearby but not far to walk to find whatever you need. Would definitely recommend it and will con... what people say » sider coming again. - It has perfect location as far as for my taste. it located a quiet place where is not too far from the St. marco, but so close to a vaporetto station (st.basilio) and supermarket. I also really loved to wake up listening to birds' singing. Room/bathroom is romantically decorated and is relatively spacious.

  Everything perfect: The staff, the rich breakfast, the vacancy. It's a lovely hotel with an excellent bar for relaxing. Free internet...good!!! - The receptionists were excellent, so helpfull and friendly. The room was wonderful, small but cosy and stylefully decorated.

  great staff, very nice room, very clean, very close to the centre although Venice is quite small so everything is within walking distance.   The breakfast was great!!!, the people were very nice and it is located near the touristic places in Venecia. - We like the location , hotel premises, the concerge assistance, hotel food and price and the room itself was good ( ground floor for 4 persons)
