This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff, inparticular the ever-present and ever-smiling receptionist, were helpfulin all sorts of ways. The hotel is situated far enough away from Milancentre to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough for easy access (it isright beside a No. 5 tram-stop that goes direct to Centrale station).N
