  The was a very small hotel with a homey atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location because it was off the beaten path and we had to actually walk and see other things to get places. If you don't like to walk you can always take a water taxi. The rooms were nice, clean and you get served a nice complementary brea... what people say » kfast each morning. Very affordable as well! - The hotel was located in a quiet area of Venice with local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Small, compact and very friendly - it was perfect! Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate with fruit juice, breads and pastries, jams, marmalade, honey and cereals. This small hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

  This hotel is one I could not recommend more highly. Centrally located, old-world charm, clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff were more than helpful, spoke English well & went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. All of the attractions were within easy walking distance, there are great restaurants, bars and shopping close-by... what people say » . We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Venice. - We stayed in one of the Palazzo Rosa's one bedroom apartments and found it to be perfect for our stay in Venice. The directions from the website made it easy to find the hotel (even at 9:00 pm in the dark) and the clerk at check-in walked us to the apartment to make sure that everything was OK. The Palazzo Rosa is in a wonderful location near the Ca D'Oro and just a quick walk to the Rialto area
