The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. A good money-saving place next to Sorrento which is much more expensive. The beach is 160 steps down thus adding to our good physical condition. We travelled with a small dogs and the pets are well accepted. Air-conditioning worked stable. Each bungalow has its own small patio with a table and chairs - it is splendid to relax their in the morning

We liked the thermal pools and the views from the hotel across the bay of Naples - it was beautiful. The grounds were landscaped with beautiful plants, and the public areas inside were really nicely done - a big lounge and the restaurant looking out onto the terrace and the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, and a decent-sized room, which was quiet for sleeping. It was easy to walk into town or get a bus. We would definitely stay here again, we found Ischia very relaxin
