  Great little hotel, friendly staff, ideal location - Bristol has a great location (5 minutes walk from the ferry in Capri), staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was great and included in the price, room was comfortable roomy, shower was very good as well as towels. Powered screens in all windows made the room very dark and very good to sleep.   Very good location, very quiet, beautiful beach within one or two minutes walk from the hotel, a pool with warm thermal water and hydro- massage, plus a pool with lower, air-temperature water, plus sauna, ideal cleanliness, and, the most important, very friendly staff - Giovanni, Marco, Antonio and Pasquale, who always ready to help with all issue... what people say » s. Everything was ok, thank you very much! Sometimes in the evenings it was a pleasure to listen to lovely Italian song performed very nicely by Pasqu - Friendly staff - we felt really like at home. Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.

  The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.
