Just very dirty floor when we arrived, but I think they cleaned it once we asked. Our room was very big, with a very high ceiling, and beautiful decorations.   Our 3 days stay in Prato were greatly enhanced by having such a lovely place to stay. This small hotel is just a few minutes walk from a truly lovely centre. Like the town the hotel was spotless, very welcoming. The proprietor and his wife were delightful and extremely helpful, even helping us to arrange parking (twice the proprietor accompanied u... what people say » s through the towns one-way system). Rooms were big and airy with an artistic touch. The showers were good and the simple breakfasts were lovely and f - Very friendly owners, nice small hotel in the middle of the old town of Prato. Front rooms sometimes a little bit noisy as there is a small parking lot and a small street in front of the hotel, back rooms quiet. Also good for a stay to visit Florence as there is a bus every 15 minutes (weekdays) or every hour (sundays), you can also take the train. Very reasonably priced - will surely come back

  Friendly, personal service. Excellent location - it seemed to us that Prato was like Florence without the tourists! The conference centre in Prato was the Monash Centre and this is easily accessable from the Toscana.
