Pretty much everything! The room was very nice, with a cute little balcony overlooking the mountains. Fastidiously clean. Very nice staff. Tasty and plentyful food at breakfast and dinner (optional, and there are many other good dinner options in Pozza). Easy access to the bus station. Pozza is amazingly beautiful -

The friendliness of staff was superb, special thanks to Fausto and Sabrine (reception and bar staff) always smiling and helpful. Liftpasses bought at hotel. Free pariking, very good location for many skiareas. Hotel was clean and warm with an excellent sauna (very hot). Indoor storage for skis too. In all excellent value for money. -

All the staff were friendly and they arranged a restaurant for us where we were picked up and brought home after the meal. The spa room is lovely. Bar area can be a bit noisy but you can't hear it in the room (we were on the 3rd floor) All in all a really nice place to stay.
