  Very very kind staff; great location in the historical center; a very comfortable and clean room; in reality looks better than on photos - Location at top of Scala Mobili Via Armellini was great. Breakfast was good. Internet worked great.

  Whilst the location was a little out of city centre the actual hotel,gardens, grounds and swimming pool were absolutely lovely! The staff headed by Antonio and Angela were professional, helpful, efficient and friendly.

  Being a B & B I enjoyed the personal nature of the service. The young couple running the establishment were very efficient and accomodating. The rooms are oversized to include an extra single bed.   The location was very central yet quiet. The staff was extremely helpful. Even though they spoke very limited English and I speak limited Italian, their patience and enthusiasm made communication fine.
