  Very very kind staff; great location in the historical center; a very comfortable and clean room; in reality looks better than on photos - Location at top of Scala Mobili Via Armellini was great. Breakfast was good. Internet worked great.

  In the rooms more information should be given on how to operate the air conditioning. Apparently you have to ask reception if you wnat it on and they control it from there. Also the shutters in the room that help keep the room cool we found out we had to use the remote control to operate them if wer wanted them open.   Whilst the location was a little out of city centre the actual hotel,gardens, grounds and swimming pool were absolutely lovely! The staff headed by Antonio and Angela were professional, helpful, efficient and friendly.

  The location was very central yet quiet. The staff was extremely helpful. Even though they spoke very limited English and I speak limited Italian, their patience and enthusiasm made communication fine.
