  This B&B is simply the best Hotel I ever stayed. You feel very welcome right from the start and the whole Hotel has a lovely family atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacy with a nice Interieur and very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. There is everything - This is family held hotel... And I mean it for the best way possible. Owner sent, few days before our arrival, email with exact directions to the hotel. Apartment that we received was very beautiful, very clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable with crispy clean, good smelling sheets. Spotless shower, soft towels. Breakfast.... Mmmmm.... All the pastries (handmade by sister of the owner), were exceptionally good!!!   Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!
