It was great exactly what we needed after 2 weeks travelling and camping. Staff were excellent, pool was excellent, room was excellent and breakfast was excellent lots of choice and plenty to fill you up for the day. The room was excellent, meticulously clean. The breakfast was superb.Check out went smoothly.Very modern and clean. It was much quieter than we expected, being near to the airport and main road. The breakfast was very adequate, but we might have liked some hot food (eg bacon, eggs), though we realise this isn't typically continental. The staff were very helpful and competent. The room/bathroom was spotlessly clean.

The two single beds were smaller than American singles and were very uncomfortable, as if a log ran down the length of the bed. I traveled with three teens and we all disliked the beds. AirCon not working in room, but we were switched to another room when it cold not be fixed.I was not happy with the hotel as they failed to provide a cot for my 2 year old despite the fact that I requested one on booking and even called the day before to confirm there would be one available. However, when we got to the hotel the receptionist said that no cots were available and that we had been given an extra bed instead. Not good. Also beware of the restaurant - over priced bad food. It is located in a industrial zone. Toilet was not clean and there was a used bar of soap on the washbasis. Also the bar closes early. Resteraunt was very expensive. Too far away from Pisa and not close to the airport as advertised on the web site.Taxi expensive to get into Pisa itself. Hotel shuttle bus was very infrequent and we could not use it to get ferom the staton to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport to get our flight. The hotel is in the middle of a retail park on the outskirts of Pisa.Room was noisy and we asked to change the second one was a. Just that we didn't get a room with twin beds. In the mornin the breakfast was good but I think fresh tea/coffee should be made for each guest. The shuttle bus to the station was great. The air conditioning did not work in our room, the early morning callwas 15 mins late to both rooms we booked, we could have been late forour flight if I had not set my mobile alarm.
