This Hotel is a place you want to come back to. Very friendly staff and a very pleasent atmosphere. This hotel and Pienza will be recommended to all my friends. A true pearl! The room was very big with plenty of space for a family of four. Luxury looks and feel, big and comfortable rooms, excellent location, friendly and helpfull staff, easy parking. Stay in Pienza and enjoy the romantic of this town when the tourist crowds are gone!.

No one channel was English or German, even Italy has German speaking minority. nothing i can think of. Would be better if they could pave the floor of the carpark and improve lighting. But not a show stopper. Breakfast area seemed unfriendly. Buffet poco fornito. Restaurant only so-so. The connection with garage - there is no lift!. American express is not accepted although is asvertised in the hotel description.No lift to room in second floor. Noisy rooms. Breakfast is very poor, no warm meal despite being served in a restaurant.
