We had trouble finding the place, but we got someone to call and the
manager came and picked us up. Although we had reserved a room with a
kitchenette, the room did not have one. However the manager let us use
the hotel's kitchen. Also he let us use his computer to get seat
assignments on the plane the next day. He gave us a discount on the room
rate since we didn't get our own kitchenette. Overall he was very
helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are only 4 rooms in

and the local area. I had a bike with me (was racing in the 70.3) and
the owner gave us a larger room so we had plenty of space (it was huge
with a balcony). Very clean, excelent shower, comfy beds, good storage

The owner changed us to the B&B New York. The B&B new york was as I understood better, you have your own toilet and also you have a parasol and a nice place in the Sol e Luna part of the beach.
