  My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... what people say » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

  The venue is amazingly beautifully furnished, clean and spacious, with the best location right in the city centre. While sipping the café in breakfast room you almost feel like sitting right at the Palermo Opera. We are definitely coming back and suggesting to all our friend - We stayed twice in this lovely and very modern furbished hotel during our Sicily holiday. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome from the first second. Our hosts were very friendly and there was always a possibility to have a little conversation to get some tips what to do in Sicily. The breakfast was always lovely arranged and very delicious. A definite recommendation!

  This is an interesting place in the absolute heart of old Palermo. It has an art gallery on the ground floor and occupies several rooms of a renovated apartment block. The rooms are big and clean BUT the place is noisy being on two laneways which have foot and motorbike traffic all night. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. Always available to help, they told us all the important things to see in Palermo, where to go for the beach,what and where to eat typical things from Sicily, where to go out for a drink, etc. And everything was pointed out in the map. The location is amazing, the hotel is practically in the centre of the city and you can get everywhere on foot - Location in the city centre 300 m from Teatro Massimo. Very quiet. Optimal accommodation for those who arrived in Palermo to experience an opera performance staged in Teatro Massimo. Very friendly staff may be contacted in English. Cleansess very good. 'Strong' breakfast, much more European than traditional Italian. The accommodation represents a good value for money. General impression: very positive, recommended.
