Cosy, boutique-style rooms, good breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious pastry, great shower, excellent service of the very friendly hotel staff - even in case of extra wishes, perfect location in a vibrant, "typical" neighborhood just a few blocks from the city center. The staff were very polite and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast was extensive and well prepared.

Location: would have worried walking to restaurants on my own (a woman) at night. Absence of doorman.The hotel itself is nice, the area and the city itself quite dirty and unpleasant. Services available did not feel like a 4 star hotel, eg. no room service (although hotel staff helped with ordering takeaway pizza for us), no hotel restaurant, no hotel bar, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.The breakfast staff were rude. The selection of food was inconsistent (one morning there was no bread, another morning there was no one to serve tea coffee). The hotel was difficult to find, and the facilities (bar, food etc) were poor. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. poor beds. Did nhot consider this a 4 star. Hotelo breakfastg room was in basement and very average food. staff were not fuloloy clued up on buses and other questions we had not fuoloy answered. this was a very pokey looking hotel from the outside abnd from within. not worth the money. breakfast was unimaginative and little information in hotelo roo. Staff did not show or tell us where the breakfast room.
