Giovanni was extremely helpful and waited for me until my arrival: delay included! I cannot believe the location and how this is nested above a quaint alley full of great outdoors grills- restaurants with lots and lots of people including locals . That made me feel very safe as a woman travelling alone. Very good location in the city centre. Lot of space in the room. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nice design. Very friendly and pleasant owner of apartment. I would recommend it to everyone.

Very clean, comfortable and stylish, would recommend to anyone i know. As we had booked the studio apartment my husband and I enjoyed the spaciousness that was offered. Being located near the Teatro Massimo, shops and restaurants were conveniently accessed. Staff was great. Very clean and the location was ideal. Very nice placr to visit Palermo during few days. Fantastic location and space of the room. Nice apartment, nice location. Good location, next to Teatro Massimo. Very clean, big room and bathroom. Friendly owner who waited for us arriving after midnight. Close to the Massimo Theater. The alley with the restaurants is right under the B&B, so people are enjoying their evening until 2AM. So if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs :) the breakfast was minimalist, you may want to eat elsewhere. To find the place, remember not to go further than Teatro Massimo on Maqueda street. Orologio is tiny and you can easily miss it!. Nothing. The breakfast provided in the kitchen cupboard was disappointing. The fruit juice and butter provided was only just adequate for one breakfast. We stayed for two nights and these items were not topped up. We chose this accommodation because of the advertised washing machine. Unfortunately it was no more. On the plus side, our landlord did do a load of washing for us. Neighborhood was a little noisy but very charming,. Noisy area, in a street full of restaurants and caffes. Room pretty basic and bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment. Breakfast really basic, nothing warm, everything served at night before on a table in a corner of the room. Room is big, but poorly furnished. Linens and towels are so old! They are all washed to death. Breakfast is not a breakfast. No matter how long you are staying, all you get is 2 litlle packs of milk ( no cereals!!), 2 little bottles of juice, old crackers and jams and some cookies. All dishes are old and its disgusting to make tea and cook there.
