The residence has a small corner bar offering a buffet breakfast, including coffee, juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit and cakes. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rates. Alternatively, guests can choose an à la carte breakfast at an additional cost. À la carte breakfasts should be reserved at check-in.

The on-site restaurant has been offering traditional Tuscan cooking, authentic local specialities from the region and typical Italian dishes since 1990. The specialities of the house include gnocchi in wild boar sauce, pappardelle with black truffle, fillet with honey and walnuts and wildboar alla buiona. The restaurant also offers a selection of salamis and cheeses, soups, porcini mushrooms and seasonal side dishes to accompany your main meal. Desserts include ricotta cheese fondue, mascarpone mousse and many other delicious creamy desserts.

For guests, the restaurant offers a fixed-price menu or a 10% discount on dishes from the à la carte menu. The restaurant offers a tasting menu, a vegetarian menu and a cantina menu, with something for all tastes, palates, appetites and budgets. The menus change regularly to reflect the freshest seasonal produce available locally.

The residence’s wine bar was created in order to promote locally grown produce and the various products for which the region is famous. The wine list offers a special selection of the best Alto Lazio wine producers from Falesco to Cantina di Sergio Mottura, through Gradoli, Montefiascone and Vignanello. Wines are also available by the glass at very reasonable prices, allowing guests to taste a range of wines before selecting a favourite.

A comprehensive range of rare olive oils is also available to guests.

On request, the hotel can also organise events with sommeliers, allowing guests to taste delicious local products.

The residence offers a magical and romantic ambience in the historic centre of Orte alongside modern comforts and facilities.

Guests are entitled to free use of the hotel’s parking facilities in the heart of the city, as well as discounted entry to Orte’s swimming pool, thermal baths and spa.

The restaurant and wine bar are situated at the front of the residence.

An extra charge is required for final cleaning. Please note that guests will be charged a fixed deposit in case of long stays. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

The staff are always available to help guests’ stay pleasant and comfortable and to provide any information guests may require. All of the rooms are well-equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need to enjoy a restful, relaxing holiday. Each room has an individual independent entrance. There are rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people as well as 2 apartments with kitchens for anything from 4 to 8 people. The apartments are ideal for longer stays, for families or for groups of friends.
