This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. The indoor pool and the spa took away a lot of stress we were going through because of relocation. Will go again for sure... The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool. Car park under room is handy. Nice contemporary feel and good wall coverings.

Great outdoor pools in leisure complex nextdoor and Rosso restaurant good value. like design, swimming pool white rooms , bath, hall and other interesting things lokation -near aeroport and we saw a rabbit - near dinning room - )))). Very easy to get to from Malpensa. An interesting design and delicious breakfast. Best place to spend a night before or after the flight from Malpensa. Excellent service provided; very friendly people and good Jazz every Friday! Nice and quiet location with good food and excellent breakfast!!. Facilities are very nice. Staff was also great, Alberto was kind, thoughtful, and humorous after we arrived in late. Rooms had lot of space and a whirlpool. Parking in front of your own room. please pass my best regards to the staff, they where very helpfull. Easy to get to, modern building, clean very good breakfast buffet. The food quality was amazing but may be they can add more dishes and a room service menu... Only that some parents discharged their children into the spa with no control. Suggest "children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult" notice at spa entrance. all good. Some things are toooo high tech or design where you have to fiddle around a lot to get the clue. Location is a bit tricky to get to, but proximity to Malpensa is very good for next day flights out. Friendliness of employees. Sink tap difficult to operate. We did not like, that letsbookhotel.com had no informed us, it is impossible to approach without own car. Therefor had we extra expenses! Keep looking better!!!!!. Nothing. Breakfast room too small. Funny light switches that are difficult to operate. A strong scent of air freshener that got really annoying the longer you stayed in the room. Can only be reached by car. Pictures at the second floor are not appropriate for such a lovely hotel, so I would advised MO.OM hotel to take them away. And there was some dust under the seats in the sauna. Incorrect information on their web site; there are no tennis courts or swimming pool at the hotel. There is a sports club next door which the hotel has access to but at a charge. Tennis court is not clay but a kind of astroturf. Chose interconnecting rooms, one of the bedrooms bathrooms was fitted out for disabled use which meant the toilet was uncomfortable for non disabled use and the shower had a nylon type curtain which stuck to you when showering. The air conditioner at upstairs was not cold at all, during the night was very hot and sweat. The chair not so comfortable. Worst hotel in customer service.
